At the beginning of 2025, I fixed the encoding issues problem of the old WordPress blog database that I created 15 years ago, and reviewed what I recorded 10 years ago. The findings were revealing:

• The sharing of software applications has no reference significance after 10 years, and all versions from operating systems to application software have been eliminated. These posts served primarily as an outlet for sharing compulsions common among tool-oriented enthusiasts.
• The basic knowledge of hardware development is still a reference after 10 years. But for a hardware engineer and technical manager with 18 years of work experience, these contents are too shallow and basic, and it belongs to the common sense content for recruiting positions with 0-3 years of work experience.
• The fragments of life perception, although not systematic, have the effect of reviewing the past and learning the new.

For other reasons, the entire WordPress blog was backed up and overturned and rebuilt. Since it is a new life, it should have a new look and connotation.

2025 is a milestone for actively breaking the inertia of life for me. The first thing is to jump out of the pure technical personnel’s way of thinking and observe the world from more different dimensions. I plan to take out my MBA textbook and read Marx and Engels’ Dialectics of Nature again.

Secondly, I need to summarize my life experiences over the past 40 years, accumulate my insights, and use them as the cornerstone for my growth in the second half of my life.

Most importantly, I need to find a new life trajectory and value. I need to make good use of my existing personal advantages and develop new high-growth momentum. I hope to reach the top of the mountain, and walk among the clouds.

2025 年开年，修复了 15 年前建立的旧 WordPress blog 数据库乱码问题，同时回顾了一下 10 年前我记录了一些什么，结果令人感慨：

• 软件应用的分享，10 年后已经一点参考意义都没有了，从操作系统到应用软件所有版本均已淘汰。属于满足一个纯工具控的分享欲。
• 硬件研发基础知识，10 年后看虽然仍有参考，但对于 18 年工作经验的硬件工程师加技术经理来说内容过于浅显和基础，属于对 0~3 年工作经验岗位招聘时出题的常识性内容。
• 人生感悟的碎片，虽然不成系统，但却有温故而知新。

基于其他原因，整个 WordPress blog 备份后推翻重建了。既然是新生，那他应该有新的样貌和内涵。

2025 年作为主动打碎人生运行惯性的里程碑，第一件事是跳出纯技术人员思维方式，从更多不同的维度来观察世界。打算翻出 MBA 课本再去读一下马克思和恩格斯的自然辩证法。

其次需要总结过去 40 年人生经历，沉淀感悟，成为后半生成长高度的基石。

最重要的，找到新的人生轨迹和价值。利用好已有的个人优势，开发新的高增长动力。希望能从地面站到山巅，从山巅漫步云间。
